Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Finance Trainee FP&A to support the Financial Planning & Analysis function. The role involves assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, and working closely with the Financial Reporting Manager and stakeholders across the business.

You will gain hands-on experience with SAP and BPC, prepare monthly MIS, conduct variance analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement within the finance function.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in finance, preferably in engineering or construction.
• SAP and BPC proficiency is required.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• MS Office proficiency and data handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Monthly MIS: extract and circulate reports to stakeholders.
• Budget & forecast submission: support SAP/BPC uploads and P&L communications.
• Financial analysis: perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Support ad-hoc requests with Business Analysts and Operations teams.
