Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis in the Development Unit to lead consolidated reporting for the DBU, deliver accurate actuals, budgets, forecasts and strategic plans, and support senior leadership with insights and high‑quality presentations.

The role emphasizes budgeting, forecasting, IFRS/IAS compliance, KPI reporting in Power BI, and continuous process improvements while maintaining data integrity and strong stakeholder collaboration within a dynamic real

Qualifications

5 to 8 years of finance experience with a relevant degree or professional certification.
Experience with HFM, Oracle, SAP and advanced Microsoft Office.
Strong IFRS/IAS knowledge and financial reporting.
Real estate experience is an advantage.

Responsabilités

Consolidate financial plans (budget, forecast, strategic plan) and align with project finance submissions.
Support month-end reporting including flash, management reporting packs, and HFM entries.
Prepare and deliver group-level reporting including consolidated balance sheet, IFRS cash flow, and capex/capital allocation submissions.
Deliver consolidated operational KPI reporting and monthly validation in Power BI dashboards.
Prepare high-quality presentations for senior management with financial insights and variance analysis using real estate datasets.
Ensure information integrity, accuracy, quality, and IFRS/IAS compliance.
Promote Power BI for financial and non-financial analysis.
Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and support system implementations.
