Job summary
Al-Futtaim Real Estate seeks a Financial Controller, FP&A to lead planning, forecasting and performance reporting across the Real Estate Group in the UAE. You’ll partner with senior leaders to translate market insights into actionable financial decisions, driving AI-powered analytics and governance across portfolios.
The role focuses on consolidating regional performance, building KPIs, and delivering monthly decks to the Group CFO, while shaping strategic priorities and ensuring data-driven
Qualifications
- Professional Accounting/Finance qualification required (CA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent).
- Minimum 12 years of Finance experience with at least 4 in FP&A or related function.
- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Asset Management or project-based industries preferred.
Responsibilities
- Act as FP&A central point of contact for the Real Estate Group and Group Finance requirements.
- Lead monthly financial reviews and forecasting processes across portfolios.
- Develop and monitor KPIs and leading indicators; present insights to senior leadership.
- Drive FP&A transformation via AI-powered tools and automation.
- Prepare and present monthly performance decks to the Group CFO and senior stakeholders.
