Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Associate to support Middle East P&L and balance sheet management. You will assist with month-end close, budgeting, and board-ready reporting, while liaising with internal stakeholders and accountants.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a commercial finance role.
• Solid FP&A experience including budgeting, reporting, tax calculations, invoice booking, and payment processing.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication.
• Hands-on proactive approach with team work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in month end close processes with timely and accurate reporting.
• Support in reviewing monthly P&L and balance sheet variances and provide commentary.
• Collaborate on budgeting, consolidating data and updating trackers.
• Prepare board presentation templates and assist in 3YP planning.
• Support year end audit processes and indirect tax calculations across geographies.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and Chalhoub Group's accountants as required.
