Job summary

A dynamic event technology firm in Dubai seeks a Sales Executive to manage the entire sales process. You'll partner closely with leadership to build strategies, run outreach campaigns, and close new business opportunities. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in business development or sales, with proficiency in English and comfort in presenting. Compensation includes a base salary of AED 5,000 plus uncapped commission.

Eventize is an event-tech platform for the Middle East: cashless NFC payments, access control, real-time dashboards, and post-event insights. We help organizers boost revenue, cut queues, and make smarter decisions.

The role

You’ll own the top-to-bottom sales motion—from building target lists and booking meetings to running discovery, demos, and closing new business. You’ll work directly with the founder, get fast feedback, and help shape a repeatable sales engine.

What you’ll do
  • Define ICP verticals and buyer personas; build account & contact lists.
  • Run outbound (email/LinkedIn/phone), qualify inbound, book qualified meetings.
  • Lead discovery, deliver tailored demos (remote or on-site).
  • Draft proposals, manage follow-ups, negotiate and close pilots/contracts.
  • Keep CRM immaculate; weekly pipeline & forecast.
  • Share clear product feedback to the dev team based on customer needs.
Compensation
  • Base: AED 5,000 / month
  • Commission: Uncapped, paid on closed-won deals. (10% of first-year contract value for deals you source & close/ 5% if you source and a founder closes).
  • Visa & medical after probation; laptop/phone allowance.
Skills

You’ll thrive if you have

  • 1–3 years in BD/ Sales role (SaaS, payments/POS, or event/exhibition suppliers a plus).
  • Strong cold-outreach and meeting-setting skills; confident presenting to potential customers.
  • Clear written English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office
  • Organized, numbers-driven, and comfortable working toward targets.
