Job summary

Smart Bricks is building the future of AI for real estate, seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the Founder across all major priorities, from strategy and fundraising to hiring and enterprise deployments. You will build operating cadences, drive OKRs, and shape the organisation for rapid growth, with influence across multiple functions.

Experience in fast-scaling startups and a bias for high-leverage impact is essential.

Qualifications

• 7 to 12 years across one or more of: Chief of Staff, Founder's Office, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, General Management, top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, or founder / startup operator.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Founder across major priorities including strategy, fundraising, hiring, product, enterprise customers, partnerships and international expansion.
• Lead company-wide strategic initiatives and build operating cadences, OKRs, board papers and investor updates.
• Develop and strengthen planning, prioritisation, accountability, communication and organisational design across Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Commercial and Operations.
