Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, PGDE or equivalent).
• Experience teaching Foundation Stage / Early Years, preferably within a British curriculum school.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and play-based learning.
• Genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their individual development.
• High expectations for children's learning, development, and wellbeing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in using technology to enhance learning and engagement.
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to ongoing professional development.
