Job summary

Beam AI Inc. in Dubai seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to own end-to-end automation delivery for enterprise clients, turning complex workflows into scalable AI-powered solutions with Beam's Agent OS.

You’ll work in client conversations, prompt engineering, workflow decomposition, and integration planning, collaborating with product and engineering to shape the platform while delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a client-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Consultant, Deployment Engineer, Customer Engineer, or similar
• Strong project management and communication skills; ability to run delivery timelines and explain technical concepts to engineers and executives
• Demonstrated prompt engineering expertise; written, tested, and optimized prompts in production or near-production settings
• Experience automating workflows with AI to deliver real business processes, not just experiments in sandboxes
• Solid API knowledge and experience; comfortable scoping and coordinating API-based integrations with external systems
• Analytical, process-driven thinking; able to break down messy workflows into structured components and design automation approaches

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and translate business problems into agent-powered solutions
• Design and build agentic automations using Beam's Agent OS; scope workflows, engineer prompts, and configure integrations
• Manage delivery end-to-end: timelines, client expectations, and stakeholder communication across technical and executive audiences
• Troubleshoot and iterate on live automations by diagnosing issues, refining prompts, and improving performance
• Collaborate with product and engineering to scope features, surface platform gaps, and feed customer insights back into the roadmap
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients on AI adoption, workflow automation best practices, and integration architecture

About The Role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll sit at the intersection of AI, product, and customer success. You own the full lifecycle of automation delivery, from discovery through deployment, working directly with enterprise clients to turn complex workflows into scalable, AI-powered solutions using Beam's Agent OS.

This is a high-context, high-ownership role. You'll spend your time in client conversations, prompt engineering, workflow decomposition, integration planning, and close collaboration with product and engineering. You'll shape not just individual client outcomes but the platform itself through structured feedback from the field.
