Job Description

• Responsible to adhere with the cGMP principles and to maintain them in an effective manner.
• Responsible to receive, arrange, pick & issue Raw & Packaging Materials in warehouse safely & correctly as per mentioned in SOPs.
• Responsible to Ensure workplace health, safety, cleanliness & GMP requirements are met according to company’s policy.
• Responsible for the safety aspect of the staff and to ensure that only approved procedure are followed.
• To Perform any other duties set by company policies, Management or his/her direct in-charge and not included in the above job description.
• To Attend & understand training related to your job description.
• Responsible to Strictly follow the written procedures (SOPs) desired in place.
• Keeps the forklift clean & follow up with maintenance for periodic service.
• Write material allocation form & hand over to store in-charge.
• Ensure safety & security measure for the working area.
• Ensure maintaining workplace neat ,Organised & clean.
• To Avoid mix-up between different codes and batches.
• Transfers, moves, stacks, picks and delivers the material by power forklifts safely without causing any damage to the material.
• Stack the material in proper location of the shelf according to material type and given instructions while updating the location number in the records.
• Ensure sticking given GRN Identification label before transferring the material to the desired storage area.
• Attend & assist in stock verification, cycle counting & inventory taking to the desired requirements.
• Moves heavy object, to bend, stop, reach or set extended periods.

Qualification/Functional Knowledge
