We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Foreman to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Safety Foreman you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of our workforce on construction sites throughout the region. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining safety protocols, conducting risk assessments and fostering a culture of safety excellence.

  • Develop implement and oversee comprehensive safety programs for construction projects
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
  • Lead safety meetings and provide ongoing safety training to workers and subcontractors
  • Investigate incidents, near-misses and accidents, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with local UAE labor laws, OSHA standards and company safety policies
  • Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to integrate safety practices into daily operations
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety initiatives, making data-driven improvements as needed
  • Maintain accurate safety records and documentation for audits and regulatory compliance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for safety-related matters on construction sites
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging safety technologies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Construction Management or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety management with a proven track record of leading safety teams on large‑scale projects
  • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, standards and best practices in the construction industry
  • OSHA 30‑hour Construction Safety certification required
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and safety standards
  • Excellent risk assessment and hazard identification skills
  • Proficiency in incident investigation and reporting techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective safety training programs
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization
  • Proven problem‑solving abilities and analytical thinking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and safety management software
  • Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
