Job summary

Steel Square Glass & Aluminium l.l.c is seeking a capable Workshop Supervisor in Dubai to oversee daily fabrication and installation activities. You will read technical drawings, allocate tasks, and supervise fabricators, welders and helpers to ensure on-time delivery with quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate has an ITI/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field and 2–3 years of supervisory experience in SS/MS fabrication, welding and installation.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of SS/MS fabrication, welding and installation.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manage workshop teams.
• Good planning, problem-solving and coordination skills.
