Job summary

Landmark Group’s SHOEMART in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to maximize sales by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining store standards. You will handle stock display, pricing, tagging, and replenishment to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

In this role, you will greet customers, guide them through the store, and develop product knowledge across footwear and accessories.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with purchases to maximize sales.
• Ensure stock is displayed neatly and accurately tagged and priced.
• Maintain stock counts and assist in inter-branch transfers as needed.
• Record stock movements and store requirements in the system.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and grooming in-store.
• Know the products well to answer customer questions and upsell.
