Job summary

Landmark Group is seeking a store support role to assist the sales team and operations in maintaining stock keeping areas and the back room in a clean, organized state. The role involves handling deliveries, tagging cartons, inspecting items for damage, and assisting in product displays for easy customer access.

You will support cashiers with security tags and packing for customer delivery, while ensuring the stock room remains orderly and sanitized. Training may be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic qualification required: 10th pass or higher.
• Retail stock room experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales associate and store operations to keep stock keeping areas and back room clean and neat.
• Load/unload stocks through delivery in a timely manner.
• Open, check, and security tag cartons received.
• Inspect items for breakage or damage.
• Keep store area neat, clean and sanitized.
• Assist in displaying products for easy locating.
• Support cashiers with removing security tags and packing for delivery to customers.
• Report any damaged items or suspicious activities to line manager.
• Assist in back operation activities.

Job description

The job holder will be responsible to assist the sales associate and the store operations team to maintain the stock keeping areas and the store back room in clean and neat manner.

Responsibilities

To ensure the stocks are been loaded / unloaded through delivery in a timely manner.

To ensure the cartons received are opened, checked and security tagged.

To inspect items and products for any breakage and damage.

To ensure the store area neat, clean, and sanitized.

To assist the store employees in displaying the products in an easy to locate manner.

To help the cashiers in removing the security tags and packing them to deliver to the customer.

To maintain the stock keeping area in a neat and clean manner.

To assist in carrying merchandise upon request

To report the line manager on any broken items, leakage and suspicious related activities in the store.

To support in back operation activities

Qualifications

Basic Qualification /Education / Vocational Training: 10th Pass / High School
