Responsibilities

• Food Counter Attendant (FCA)
  • Greet customers and take food and beverage orders.
  • Prepare package and serve food and drinks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the service area.
  • Process payments and operate cash registers.
• Food Service Supervisor (FSS)
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food counter staff.
  • Ensure food safety and service standards are met.
  • Train and evaluate employees.
  • Manage inventory and place supply orders.

Candidate Requirements

• Food Counter Attendant (FCA)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (QuickService Restaurants like McDonalds or Burger King preferred).
  • Must be bilingual in English and French (spoken & written).
  • Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Food Service Supervisor (FSS)
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in the food service industry (McDonalds experience is a strong asset).
  • Must be bilingual in English and French (spoken & written).
  • Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.
