• Follow up on food alerts from local, federal and international entities to assess urgency and priority.
• Prepare reports on food alerts with field observations and recommendations.
• Implement follow-up procedures for food alerts to ensure corrective actions comply with regulations.
• Provide recommendations to improve work plans and sampling results based on field experience.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards during sample collection and handling.
• Coordinate with laboratories to ensure timely delivery of samples and proper preservation and transportation.

• Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards throughout all stages of sample collection and handling.
• Coordinate with relevant laboratories to ensure samples are delivered on time and in accordance with preservation and transportation standards.
