Overview
We are looking for someone who has :
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a sales manager role, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
- A degree in Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing is desirable but not essential. A high school diploma and relevant experience are a must.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales, achieve revenue targets and has sound understanding of the local market and competitor landscape.
- Familiarity with F&B operations, sales strategies, and marketing techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills. People-oriented, Outgoing, and self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
- Computer proficiency, particularly with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and knowledge of working with databases.
- High energy levels and a well-groomed appearance; creative, customer-focused, and a team player.
