Food & Beverage Coordinator

Enthusiastic about connecting fostering strong relationships and collaborating with people As a Food & Beverage Coordinator you will be responsible for handling the administrative tasks within the department and liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

What you will be doing:
  • Type documents take meeting minutes draft letters and manage correspondence
  • Support the overall operations of the hotel as required
  • Maintain and secure all Food & Beveragefiles
  • Assist in printing and preparing menus for the outlets
  • Create and maintain a Food & Beverage database (including suppliers guests and contacts)
  • Coordinate and liaise with other departments in relation to Food & Beverage and culinary operations
  • Assist with the purchase request process for the Food & Beverage department
  • Direct Food & Beverage inquiries to the appropriate outlet or department
  • Process monthly attendance and payroll
Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

  • Should have min. 2 years experience in similar role
  • Degree in hospitality management / food & beverage
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
