About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands‑on exposure to restaurant and bar operations, giving you a strong foundation for a career in hospitality. You will support the team in delivering memorable guest experiences while learning the day‑to‑day workings of the F&B department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and setup of dining areas prior to service.
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their designated tables.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards and procedures.
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain smooth service flow.
- Support in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
- Attend required training sessions and departmental meetings.
- Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and practices.
- Perform other duties relevant to the position as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Ideal Intern
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
- Genuine passion for the hospitality and food & beverage industry.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.>
