Job summary

NH Collection Dubai The Palm is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Attendant to join our hospitality team. You will provide friendly, professional service to guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.

Work with Kitchen, Bar, and Stewarding to maintain high standards, handle guest requests, and process payments accurately while following safety procedures. Flexibility for shifts and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage, restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest service.
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Provide attentive and efficient Food & Beverage service in accordance with hotel standards.
• Present menus, take guest orders accurately, and provide recommendations when required.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure correct presentation.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, promotions, and available products.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Promote menu items and support upselling opportunities.
• Prepare tables and service areas before, during, and after operations.
• Ensure tables, equipment, and service areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Communicate guest feedback, special requests, and concerns to the Supervisor or Manager.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, Stewarding, and other teams to ensure smooth service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and hotel procedures at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and other operational requirements as assigned.
