Candidates should have prior F&B or hospitality experience, good English, and a team-oriented mindset. The role requires flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality is preferred.
• Good communication and guest service skills.

• Good command of spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm, professional manner and provide attentive service.
• Deliver Food & Beverage service according to hotel standards.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations when required.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly with correct presentation.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, promotions, and products.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, and other team members for smooth service.
• Process guest bills accurately and handle payments per procedures.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and hotel procedures at all times.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and other operational tasks.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at NH Collection Dubai The Palm.

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for providing friendly, professional, and efficient service to our guests while ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Provide attentive and efficient Food & Beverage service in accordance with hotel standards.
• Present menus, take guest orders accurately, and provide recommendations when required.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure correct presentation.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, ingredients, promotions, and available products.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Promote menu items and support upselling opportunities.
• Prepare tables and service areas before, during, and after operations.
• Ensure tables, equipment, and service areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Communicate guest feedback, special requests, and concerns to the Supervisor or Manager.
• Coordinate effectively with Kitchen, Bar, Stewarding, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and hotel procedures at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and other operational requirements as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage, restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest service.
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
