You will create floral pieces for weddings, meetings, banquets, and other hotel events, ensuring every display reflects the hotel's style.

You will maintain displays, manage stock, coordinate with housekeeping and events, and provide courteous service to guests and colleagues while upholding health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare fresh flower arrangements for guest rooms, lobby, restaurants, public areas, and special occasions.
• Create floral arrangements for weddings, meetings, banquets, and other hotel events.
• Maintain and replace floral displays regularly to ensure they remain fresh and attractive.
• Select, purchase, receive, and properly store flowers, plants, and floral materials.
• Monitor flower stock and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Ensure all floral arrangements meet the hotel's quality and presentation standards.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Events, F&B, and other departments for floral requirements.
• Prepare special arrangements based on guest requests and hotel occasions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the flower room, tools, and equipment.
• Follow proper flower-handling, storage, health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
• Minimize wastage and use floral materials efficiently.
• Assist with seasonal decorations and special hotel celebrations.
• Provide professional and courteous service when dealing with guests and colleagues.
