Job summary

Prorises in Dubai seeks an experienced Florist to design eye-catching bouquets, arrange floral installations for hotels and venues, manage daily stock of blooms, and handle walk-in, phone, and online orders to satisfy customers’ desires across weddings, corporate events, and celebrations.

Expect to advise customers on color schemes, care instructions, vase choices, and bloom longevity; wrap arrangements with care; collaborate with team for seasonal themes; and take pride in maintaining pristine

Qualifications

• 4–15 years of experience in floristry.
• Strong artistic and creative abilities.
• Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care requirements.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift heavy flower arrangements.
• Proficiency in floral design techniques.

Responsibilities
