Perfect Flowers in Dubai seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate sales, florists, delivery, procurement, and support teams, and ensure smooth business activities.

You'll monitor performance, costs, and productivity, implement processes to improve service quality and customer satisfaction, manage procurement and inventory, and report to management on performance and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in operations management, with a focus on floral or perishable goods.
• Floral supply chain logistics, inventory control, and quality assurance experience.
• Proven ability to manage and optimize production workflows for floral arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Perfect Flowers and ensure smooth business activities.
• Manage and coordinate sales, florists, delivery, procurement, and support teams.
• Monitor sales performance, costs, and overall business efficiency.
• Develop and implement processes to improve productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage procurement, stock levels, and inventory.
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of flower arrangements and customer orders.
• Handle key customer accounts, corporate clients, and business inquiries when required.
• Coordinate with management on business plans, promotions, events, and opportunities.
• Monitor staff performance, schedules, attendance, and operational requirements.
• Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and procedures.
