Qualifications

• Previous experience in floral design is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Create unique floral arrangements based on customer preferences and occasion.
• Maintain inventory of flowers, plants and supplies.
• Process orders through phone, email or online platforms.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions and offering suggestions.
• Keep work area clean and organized at all times.
• Assist with setting up displays for special events or promotions.
• Handle cash transactions accurately.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders by coordinating with delivery team.
