Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role.
• A strong eye for design and creativity.
• Knowledge of different types of flowers, foliage, and other materials used in floral arrangements
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients
• Attention to detail
• Flexibility to work on evenings or weekends when required

Responsibilities

• Designing and creating floral arrangements according to client preferences and specifications
• Selecting the best quality flowers, foliage, and other materials for arrangements
• Arranging flowers in an aesthetically pleasing manner while considering color, texture, and balance
• Maintaining inventory of floral supplies and ordering new stock as needed
• Managing the upkeep of flowers to ensure they remain fresh and beautiful
• Collaborating with event planners or clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations if needed
