Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Florist or Floral Designer is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery.
• Creative eye for design with the ability to work with different color schemes and styles.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Physical stamina to handle physical tasks such as standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy objects, etc.
• Attention to detail to ensure each arrangement meets high-quality standards.
• Flexibility to work weekends or holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Designing and creating floral arrangements including bouquets, centerpieces, wreaths, and other decorative pieces.
• Selecting the appropriate flowers, greenery, and other materials based on the occasion or event.
• Maintaining the quality of flowers by properly handling, cutting, and conditioning them.
• Keeping track of inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
• Working closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences for custom orders.
• Setting up floral displays at events or venues according to design plans.
• Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their orders and offering recommendations.
