Job summary

Edge is seeking an Operations Coordinator in the United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi) to support flight testing, demonstrations, and related logistics. You will coordinate staffing, flight clearance, maps, and maintenance for assigned activities, ensuring smooth execution.

• Coordinate staffing, flight clearance, maps, logistics and maintenance for testing and demonstration activities.
• Gather, maintain and report Operations performance data.
• Maintain pilot and technician training records.
• Coordinate, monitor and report status of Operational Equipment (Ground Control Systems).
• Plan Operations staff allocations.
• Assist in compiling and promulgating Operations Plans.
• Coordinate and load operating area maps.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by ADASI Management.
• Support ADASI Management and other Operations Groups.

• Coordination of staffing, flight clearance, maps, logistics and maintenance requirements in support of specified Operational s, Ground and Flight Testing and Demonstration activities.

To ensure efficient and effective delivery of operations, testing and demonstration tasks.

• Gathering, maintaining and reporting of Operations performance data.

To maintain clear records and provide accurate performance reports.

• Maintenance of Pilot and Technician Training Records.

For quality assurance and monitoring purposes.

• Coordination, monitoring and status reporting of Operaitonal Equipment (i.e. Ground Control Systems).

To ensure maximum operational availability and ongoing asset visibility.

• Operations Staff allocation planning.

To assist the Associate Operations Manager / Senior Operations Officer in the compilation and promulgation of Operations Plans.

• Coordination and loading of operating area maps.

To assist the Senior Operations Officer and PICs in obtaining and loading operating area maps.

• Carrying out other duties as assigned by ADASI Management.

To support ADASI Management and other Operations Groups.
