Job summary

LanceSoft Middle East is seeking an experienced Workshop Coordinator (fleet coordinator) to support fleet maintenance operations across the UAE, coordinating workshops, job cards, and spare parts, and ensuring compliance with UAE standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in workshop, fleet or transport operations, experience with heavy-duty trucks and MHE, knowledge of maintenance planning, and a valid UAE driving license. Proficiency with fleet systems and ERP platforms is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in workshop, fleet, or transport operations
• Experience with heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance planning
• Experience managing workshop documentation, job cards, and spare parts coordination
• Familiarity with fleet management systems and ERP platforms
• Understanding of UAE RTA regulations and vehicle compliance requirements
• Valid UAE Driving License
