Job summary

Parfums Christian Dior in Dubai is seeking a Travel Retail Architect Specialist to lead flagship projects and develop design packages for luxury retail environments. You will coordinate across HQ architecture, vendors, and construction teams to ensure on-time delivery, budget control, and brand alignment.

The role requires 4–5 years in retail design, strong AutoCAD/Sketchup skills, and a passion for luxury cosmetics.

Qualifications

Architect with 4-5 years of experience in retail design, preferably in beauty and cosmetics.
Strong knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite.
Solid understanding of general contracting works, with ability to support site execution.
Detail-oriented with strong communication and cross-functional teamwork.
Demonstrates ownership and accountability from project initiation to completion.

Responsibilities

Lead flagship projects end-to-end as Project Manager from scope through handover.
Develop and adapt technical design packages for B and C projects.
Coordinate with HQ architecture, purchasers, visual merchandising, construction, contractors, and suppliers.
Supervise site inspections, ensure design intent, and resolve on-site issues.
Manage budgets, timelines and performance metrics with clear reporting to stakeholders.
Ensure each project reflects the Maison’s image and local regulatory requirements.
