Job summary

Asbis Middle East is seeking a Credit Control Specialist to manage customer accounts, documentation, and collections, coordinating with Sales and Finance to resolve issues. You will ensure accurate records, process payments, and support onboarding with proper credit documentation.

The role requires 3+ years in credit control or finance administration, excellent Excel skills, and fluent English, with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, or Finance Administration
• Strong proficiency in Excel and excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
• High attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial data

Responsibilities

• Manage customer account administration, documentation, collections support, and coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient credit control processes
• Follow up on overdue customer accounts and support collection activities
• Prepare and update collections and credit-related reports
• Process payment allocations and perform account reconciliations
• Coordinate with Sales and Finance teams to resolve account-related matters
• Support customer onboarding and ensure all required credit documentation is completed and maintained
• Ensure credit department documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date
