We’ve just launched our Fixed Income desk and are looking for a mid‑level Fixed Income Sales professional to help us scale. If you thrive in a high‑performance, entrepreneurial environment and bring a strong network of institutional clients in the UAE, we want to hear from you.

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in DIFC, Dubai—ideal for someone who is hands‑on, revenue‑focused, and ready to make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive Fixed Income sales with active institutional clients: family offices, asset managers, hedge funds, and other financial institutions.
• Leverage your existing relationships to generate revenue from Day 1.
• Work closely with global teams across time zones to source and execute bond trades.
• Stay ahead of market developments and advise clients accordingly.
• Be a key player in building and growing our fixed income franchise in the region.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of solid experience in Fixed Income sales or broking (essential).
