Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a five star international chain hotel.
• Should understand how to read recipes and have good cooking knowledge.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organise kitchen operations and prepare and serve a range of dishes.
• Supervise junior members of the Kitchen Brigade.
• Prepare in advance food, beverage, materials and equipment for service.
• Cook and serve dishes according to the restaurant's menu.
• Provide direction to Commis, Cooks, Kitchen Attendants and Stewards.
• Maintain hygiene and high standards of personal cleanliness.
• Attend briefings and prepare kitchen equipment for use.
• Assist with checking, receiving and storing goods.
