A leading fire safety solutions company in Sharjah is seeking an Account Executive to manage maintenance contracts for fire fighting systems. The successful candidate will ensure client satisfaction and effective contract delivery, requiring strong technical knowledge of fire safety systems and excellent relationship-building skills. The role demands a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the fire fighting or maintenance sectors.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a client-facing role that includes contract management.
• Technical understanding of fire fighting systems and safety regulations.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients and ensure service excellence for maintenance contracts.
• Manage lifecycle of maintenance contracts including renewals and compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance visits with technical teams.
