Job summary

NAFFCO Careers in Dubai is seeking a proactive AutoCAD Draftsman specializing in Fire Fighting Systems to design and document fire protection solutions for diverse projects. The role involves delivering precise drawings, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and supporting business development with technical insights.

You will work on detailed AutoCAD drawings, update technical documentation, and participate in site visits to gather data and validate designs.

Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and associated drafting tools for fire protection or mechanical system design.
Strong knowledge of fire fighting systems, components, and installation standards.
Experience explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences and supporting sales with technical insights.

Responsibilities

Develop accurate AutoCAD drawings, schematics, and layouts for fire fighting systems.
Revise and maintain technical documentation across project stages.
Collaborate with engineers, sales and project managers to clarify needs and deliver designs.
Participate in site visits and surveys to gather data for drafting.
Present drawings and solutions to clients to communicate benefits and technical details.
Maintain drawing registers and version control across documentation sets.
