Job summary

Al Salah Holding is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design and build scalable FinTech software in the UAE. You will create responsive, secure applications using React, TypeScript, Vite, and Tailwind, with backend support via Supabase (Postgres, Auth, RLS) and PostgreSQL data models.

You will implement authentication and RBAC, integrate REST APIs, and collaborate with management to translate financial workflows into robust software.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Full Stack Development experience, preferably with experience building financial or business software.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, TypeScript, Vite, and Tailwind CSS.
• Strong experience with Supabase, including Postgres, Auth, and Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational database design.
• Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Good understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, and data protection.
• Experience with Git and modern software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable FinTech / financial software from concept to production.
• Build responsive and user-friendly applications using Vite, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Develop backend functionality using Supabase, including Postgres, Authentication, and Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Design secure database structures, relationships, queries, and business logic using PostgreSQL.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, role-based access, and data protection.
• Develop REST APIs and third-party integrations with financial and business systems.
• Work closely with management to understand financial workflows and convert business requirements into practical software solutions.
• Ensure application security, accuracy, performance, and scalability.
• Test, troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve the platform.
• Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code and contribute to system architecture and deployment.
