Job summary

Staff Connect Information Technology Consultants in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a Full Stack Developer to build and maintain modern web apps and Node.js services. You will work across the stack from React components to APIs in an Agile delivery team, collaborating with product owners, analysts, UX designers and QA.

Experience in trading, capital markets or fintech is a strong advantage; you will translate designs from Figma, implement real-time features with WebSockets, and help secure and optimise

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full stack web development experience.
• Strong hands-on ReactJS with modern JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Strong hands-on Node.js backend services experience.
• REST and/or GraphQL API design and integration.
• Relational DB (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MS SQL) and NoSQL/Redis familiarity.
• HTML5/CSS3, responsive/cross-browser development and design system adherence.
• Real-time tech (WebSockets/SSE).
• GIT, CI/CD, and Docker basics.
• OWASP security basics and secure coding practices.
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive UIs with ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Translate Figma designs into reusable components.
• Support RTL, localization, and locale-aware formatting.
• Optimize front-end performance and Core Web Vitals.
• Build real-time interfaces using WebSockets or SSE.
• Design, build, and maintain Node.js services and APIs.
• Document REST/GraphQL APIs with contracts and versioning.
• Integrate with internal and third-party systems and queues.
• Query and optimize relational/NoSQL stores.
• Write unit/integration/e2e tests and participate in code reviews.
