Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of engineering experience, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Built or scaled tech in regulated FinTechs, especially across payments or investments.
• Hands-on with system design, API architecture, and security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical architecture and infrastructure.
• Lead and scale a distributed team of engineers.
• Work closely with Product, Data, and Compliance to ship scalable fintech products.
• Oversee DevOps, CI/CD, and ensure uptime and scalability.
• Drive data capabilities for spend analysis and fraud detection.
