Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar food and beverage service role.
• Proven background in a fine-dining restaurant.

• Detailed understanding of professional table service.
• Able to learn and confidently explain complete food and beverage menus.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident serving a diverse international clientele.
• Effective team player who supports colleagues during demanding shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide courteous fine-dining service.
• Present menus and explain available food and beverage selections.
• Maintain complete knowledge of ingredients, dishes, beverages, and current promotions.
• Answer guest questions accurately and recommend suitable menu items.
• Take orders carefully and communicate them to the kitchen and beverage teams.
• Serve food and drinks according to established luxury-service standards.
• Check the quality, accuracy, temperature, and presentation of items before service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Respond promptly to routine requests and service concerns.
• Escalate significant complaints or operational problems to management.
• Support colleagues during busy service periods.
• Coordinate table service to maintain appropriate timing between courses.
• Complete multiple guest-service tasks without compromising attention to detail.
• Maintain clean and properly prepared tables and service stations.
• Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and food-handling requirements.
• Build positive relationships with guests from varied cultural backgrounds.
• Contribute to a professional and cooperative restaurant environment.
