Job summary

Istituto Marangoni Dubai is seeking a part-time tutor to join the education team, teaching Fine Arts Studies within the Foundation in Fashion & Design. You will guide early-stage students through visual language, critical analysis and cross-disciplinary exploration.

The role involves lectures, discussions, critiques, museum visits and project mentoring, with collaboration to develop innovative teaching materials and contribute to programme development. Experience in UAE arts scene preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Art History or related discipline.
Active engagement in the UAE art field evidenced by exhibitions or critique work.
Excellent written and verbal communication with strong critical thinking.
Experience teaching or mentoring early-stage students.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver lessons aligned with CAA standards and Istituto Marangoni methodology.
Design and lead learning with museum/gallery visits and exhibition-based study.
Prepare and update teaching materials briefs and course documentation.
Provide formative and summative assessment with constructive feedback.
Participate in School and company projects reviews and exhibitions.
Contribute to programme development with the Programme Coordinator and Director of Education.
