Job summary

ISS Global Forwarding One Person Company LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance across multiple countries and business lines. You will partner with finance, operations and product teams to drive insights and profitability.

The role requires 5-7 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, strong modeling and data visualization skills (Excel, Power BI), and excellent stakeholder management across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CA/CPA/CIMA/ACCA preferred.
• 5-7 years of FP&A, business finance, or corporate finance experience, including multi-country exposure.
• Experience in freight forwarding and logistics industries is a strong advantage.
• Advanced financial modeling and data visualization skills (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across different geography and culture.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning across regions and business units.
• Consolidate and analyze financial performance, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Hyperion) with meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Prepare financial models with 5 year projections.
• Conduct detailed profitability, OPEX, and variance analyses by country, product, and customer.
• Partner with business teams to ensure accuracy of job file data, cost allocation, and compliance with group policies.
• Support preparation of business cases, monitor implementation, and track achievement of financial targets.
• Drive consistency and best practices in FP&A processes and reporting across the Group.
