Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and rolling financial plans.
• Analyze sales performance by region, channel, and brand to identify trends and opportunities.
• Evaluate profitability by customer, license, and product category.
• Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries for leadership review.
• Consolidate financial performance data across multiple markets and business units.
• Assist in implementation of FP&A systems or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Drive standardization and automation of financial reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; preferably with MBA.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably within retail, distribution, or licensing industries and with proven experience on ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CFA) is an advantage and must be proficient in Excel and Power BI.
