Job summary

Tanqeeb in the UAE is seeking a Financial Modeler/Analyst to support the evaluation, development, and execution of investment opportunities within infrastructure and plant projects. The role involves financial analysis, project financing, investment evaluation, and due diligence.

You will coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and assist in structuring and negotiating key project agreements, including EPC contracts. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Project Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Experience in infrastructure, utilities, industrial plants, energy, or similar project-based industries is preferred.
• Exposure to project finance, investment analysis, M&A or financial advisory activities is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate new investment opportunities in infrastructure and plant sectors.
• Coordinate meetings and prepare reports and presentations.
• Support project development, structuring, valuation, negotiation, bidding and investment activities.
• Assist in project financing activities and support structuring and negotiation of key project agreements (incl. EPC).
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess feasibility and viability.
• Conduct financial, commercial, and operational due diligence.
• Review legal, technical, and commercial documents related to transactions.
• Prepare investment papers and internal approval documents for management review.
• Liaise with external advisors, consultants, developers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Support asset management activities after project close.

Key Responsibilities:
