Job summary

Reload Logistics, headquartered in Dubai, is seeking a Financial Accountant to support month-end closing, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance. The role requires cross-functional coordination with AP/AR, operations, intercompany teams and banks. IFRS knowledge and strong attention to detail are essential.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of relevant experience, a finance degree, and a professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA/CA). Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required.
• 3–5 years in a similar role, preferably in logistics.
• Professional accounting qualification preferred (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CA).

Responsibilities

• Month-End Closing: accruals, prepayments and journal adjustments.
• Reconciliations: balance sheet, intercompany, bank and petty cash.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: reports for management and ad hoc analysis.
• Audit & Compliance: support audits, IFRS compliance, internal controls.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: liaise with AP/AR/operations and banks.
• Tax & Regulatory: VAT submissions and refunds management.
• Treasury: load/review payments, daily bank reconciliations, cash flow support.
