Job summary

Tabby, a UAE-based fintech, seeks a Lead Auditor - Finance, Treasury & Financial Risk to lead end-to-end audits across finance, treasury operations and financial risk management. You will independently plan, execute and report audits while assessing governance, risk management and internal controls.

Internal Audit Leads are expected to take ownership of audit engagements, ensure alignment with IFRS standards and internal policies, and drive data-driven audit insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CA, CIA, or CISA preferred.
• 7+ years of internal/external audit or financial control experience.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and understanding of regulatory frameworks (CB UAE).
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau).
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end audits across finance, treasury and financial risk processes.
• Plan, execute and report audits with risk-based approach.
• Evaluate IFRS, regulatory requirements and internal policies, identifying gaps and improvements.
• Review treasury frameworks and liquidity risk controls.
• Apply advanced data analytics to identify anomalies and risks.
• Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to senior management.
