Qualifications

• Degree or honours (12+3 or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as Product Owner/Manager in a team-facing role.
• Experience with Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own story content, acceptance criteria, and sign-off across team backlogs.
• Manage technical debt and non-functional requirements.
• Capture BAU, ceremonies, and spike activities in backlogs.
• Contribute to PI demos with other Product Owners.
• Maintain feature quality within boundaries and manage risks and dependencies.
• Participate in PI Planning and Product Management meetings.
• Define metrics to measure success and plan BAU iterations.
