Job summary

TestHiring is seeking a senior finance leader to head its Accounting & Reporting division in Dubai. You will oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance across statutory, management and regulatory statements.

You will mentor a high-performing team, drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to provide financial insights and support strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, accounting standards, and compliance.
• Leadership skills to manage and develop a high-performing team.
• Graduate with ACCA ICMA CA (Finalist)

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions to ensure accuracy timeliness and compliance.
• Lead the preparation of statutory management and regulatory financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls audit requirements and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic planning initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial reporting and accounting operations.
