Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, preferably within multinational or fast-growth digital consumer or technology companies.
• Strong accounting foundation with expertise in financial reporting and statutory compliance.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong proficiency in financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close activities for timely, accurate management accounts.
• Ensure integrity of the general ledger with comprehensive knowledge of transaction flows.
• Drive improvements in financial reporting processes and enhance automation.
