Job summary

Apparel Group - UAE in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior finance leader to own planning, budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial roadmaps. You will partner with operations and commercial teams to align plans with growth targets and produce clear variance analysis for senior management.

The role requires 6–10 years of finance experience, ACCA/CPA/CMA considered a plus, and strong Excel and ERP skills for retail finance, controls and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; professional qualifications are a plus.
• 6–10 years of finance experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting and controls.
• Strong understanding of cost analysis, variances, COGS and operational KPIs.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting and management reporting in retail/commercial settings.
• Solid knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, internal controls and audits.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel and financial modelling tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making with attention to detail.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally and clearly communicate insights to non‑finance stakeholders.
• Proven leadership experience in developing finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgets, periodic forecasts and long‑term financial plans aligned with business objectives.
• Analyse revenue trends, costs and drivers to deliver insights for planning.
• Collaborate with operations and commercial teams to align financial plans with growth targets.
• Monitor budget vs actual, report variances and propose corrective actions.
• Provide detailed P&L analysis, review costs and margins across the portfolio.
• Support pricing strategies, cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
