• Support the annual business planning and budgeting process for the brand.

• Highlight performance variances and provide structured analysis to management.
• Undertake decision-support analysis for new stores, new brands, market entry, store refurbishments, closures, exit options, and other business initiatives.
• Conduct feasibility studies for proposed and existing stores to assess profitability and financial viability.

Financial Reporting and Analysis

• Prepare monthly financial statements and management information reports for stakeholders.
• Analyze profit and loss performance and present key findings to management.
• Track the profitability of new-age stores and provide visibility on financial performance.
• Prepare customized and ad-hoc reports based on evolving business requirements.
• Perform break-even analysis for loss-making stores to support management decisions on future actions.
• Review stock reports and assess relevant financial and inventory trends.

Commercial and Brand Finance Support

• Act as a point of contact for financial and business matters involving brand principals.
• Present profit and loss performance to principals and support discussions relating to business performance.
• Manage import-related payments connected with purchasing activities.
• Track and authorize expenses relating to trade licenses and rent within the brand.
• Review and authorize movements of smallwares and equipment within warehouses where required.
