Job summary

Set2recruit LTD seeks a Finance Manager to join a fast-paced, government-backed scale-up in Abu Dhabi. You will drive the finance function, deliver month-end close, budgeting and forecasts, and provide strategic financial insight to directors and stakeholders.

The role requires 5–10 years in UAE finance with regulatory knowledge and 2–3 years in start-ups, plus VAT and corporate tax familiarity. UAE relocation or existing residency preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of finance experience in the UAE with regulatory knowledge.
• 2–3 years in a start-up/scale-up and building the finance function.
• Hands-on month-end close, reporting, budgeting and cash flow forecasting.
• Practical UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance experience.
• Experience presenting reporting to boards, investors or government stakeholders.
• Experience implementing or improving accounting systems and controls.
• Accounting qualification desired but not mandatory.
• Based in Abu Dhabi/Dubai or willing to relocate within the UAE.
